based brudda, think ultimately the goal should be to have homebase not stateside if your high ambition. the come up though should obviously j be the most opportunistic environment for wtv your tryna do which in most cases is definitely those high energy cities. white parts of atl lwk valid, miami big spot rn, personally i think the south moves j cus the cold weather states so suboptimal.
