Wheres the optimum for hollow cheeks?

I have slight hollow cheeks but I dont know if I should go for more or not I dont want cheeks like saphirre I want to be around the optimum but where is it?

Thats me right now should I still lower bf% take diuretics and pin aqualix? Iam 17 btw
