For example, in Murica, Brazil etc pretty much everyone can run for president! Wow, that sounds like freedom

but even tho anyone can do it in the sense that its not prohibited, still only 1% of the population can actually do it because the rest doesnt have the money required to conduct a electoral campaign

the results is that in fact only a few can run for president, and this few ones all know each other because they are part of a very small segment of society and when they win they will rule according to the interests of this very small segment that they came from
