I would say that Dextro is more focus and task driven, it's good for reinforcing positive habits. It has a shorter half-life so you can use it when you think its necessary to do so.

There's probably no need for you to be medicated for a long duration of time with Vyvanse anyway. Research on its dopamine alteration/desensitization and its slow effects due to it being a prodrug.

EU: Concerta, Ritalin IR (for short sessions) and Levanse but it's hard to get unless you're getting any of this illegally
US: Amphetamine salts like Adderall but you can get 40mg Ritalin IR if you eyefuck your general practicioner so just pick and choose

btw don't bother trying to go the legal route in the EU unless you actually have ADHD, tor websites have alot of sources for methylphenidate (never tried it and i'm not promoting that btw but it's an option that i know some people have taken)

I usually use like 20 mg or 30mg of methylphenidate and makes you really focus onto your work also good if you’re trying to loose weight cuz it surpresses your appetite
