Sock lifts like socks that have lifts inside them or typical shoes that have lifts cuz benefit on the socks is that when you take your shoes off you still have that lift

i think the sock ones wont be as comfy in shoe tho, and i think they only go up to 3cm so i prefer insoles but ill try socks as well
