Both aesthetically speaking and functionally speaking , which are the 3 most important parts ? And which are the ones that have the highest fighting success and functionality ?

Lat, v taper for a wide back and delts. I would say lat is good for fighting since it should increase strike capability.

Shoulders > Lats. Also back part of the delt is an underrated part to train tbh

most of your taper comes from the lats, not only do they create the distinct v shape that starts from your hips up, they also push your arms outwards which perpetually makes you look wider, you'll gain more overall circumferent width from your lats than training your shoulders ironically.

the people with the best taper don't necessarily have the best shoulders, but they always have good lats.

Whack ass take but I dare say the 3 most important parts are :
1. Shoulders
2. Hips
3. Waist

A strong shoulder width has time and time again been scientifically proven to be what women look for in a man

Waist and hips come in because of its relationship to the shoulders.
You need to make these 3 match. Unfortunately or fortunately it's a combination of diet (waist), gym (shoulders) & genetics (hip bone).
Shoulder to waist should be 1.6
Waist to hip should be 0.9

If you don't at least attempt to come close to this Adonis index as it is called, I don't recommend coping with muh massive chest muh big biceps muh angel wing lats. Ain't gonna do shit for you besides attracting gymfags.

Note that the above studies regarding foids attraction to the shoulder to waist ratio doesn't apply for manlets...sorry for that ...never began for us...

You think extra focus on teres major would help push out the arms?
