Which aesthetic do you prefer: 1 or 2? I’ve noticed a lot of girls go through this specific shift in body composition around 18 moving from a leaner, more athletic frame to a softer, wider filled-out look. Is the second look just a natural part of maturing, or is it a loss of peak conditioning?
