Body is honestly one of the few things where there's no objective right or wrong answer, because women have very ranging opinions, some like twink builds, other like muscular men with high body fats, others like "athletic" builds.

If you're looking for the one that would probably appeal to the most amount of women who're younger than 30 then it's probably the first one.

If you look like a prettyboy then none (except maybe in the armpits since from my personal experience, I don't see a lot of girls I had sex with say anything about it). If not, then it is going to be a inbetween from 1st and 2nd.

I would actually disagree here. For those 8+ in looks scale sure, but if you are somewhere in the LTN-MTN (even some low HTN) range in terms of face attractiveness, depending on what your face looks like you will have to either have or not have bodyhair. This probably only is an issue if your going for those who have a particular type tho so it's whatever.

Id say its purely based on the age of the women your hoping to attract, older women such as 30+ may be more attracted to body hair, whereas younger women will be more attracted to a hairless look

If your more like a prettyboy you should have it shaved off. That's really just cause of the niche you play into. It obv isn't gonna be that big of a deal breaker in most situations and if a girl is interested in you alot, but it does add masculine contrast that doesn't really suit your face structure. I would say the more masculine dimorphism your face has, the more you can get away with blatantly "messy" masculine traits.
