Which bones to check and type of xray for growth plates.

So basically do you have to check legs & spine and if so then would you need a growth age study or just a regular xray will do the job.

Wrist xray and then check your tibia, if your tibia bone is closed you have max 2 inches to an inch left in the spine, spine stops growing at 21.

knee, hip, spine, clavicle, elbows (if you care about your arm length)

2 inches is alot for me tbvh. If that actually happens I'll treat you. Thanks for the suggestion

Max, also i'm not a doctor bro I just know because its common knowledge and I also grew from my experience my last final inch in spine

The tibia actually tends to close quite early. It’s the femur that closes later on and is more significant in growth potential

maybe that's true, but microfractures still are possible if you want to ge taller so the tibia is never really stunted in growth in can always grow
