My ortho quoted me $4,000 for metal braces

It’ll prolly be more expensive for self-ligating braces, but from what I understand, they are better.

alright so in ur case both are giving u the same result, just self ligating are for comfort, theyre easier to clean and etc, id stick w metal braces to not waste any money

Ask your ortho if they use the same archwire as self ligating ( damon system ), if yes, then theyll give the same results as damon while saving you money:

nope not at all but if u want to max out ur result follow instructions from ur doctor and wear elastics(most important thing to do)
