Clockwise rotation of the lower jaw can change the position of the chin. option 1 could change to option 2 which you think is more aesthetic? Let's not focus on a specific type of face.

depends on the rest of the face, all about harmony.

1 is more downward grown compared to 2, but its not really a bad "downward grown" face and i think looks better in isolation.

But 2 could look a lot better on an actual face depending on the rest
