A lot of Moscow are Asian migrants (Paris-tier in terms of immigration) so they bring down the average a lot. But even if you only count ethic Russians, it basically depends on if you find excessive neoteny attractive (slavs are Asian-lite). They're cute, but also featureless. Never been to Stockholm, but my mother actually was, she said swedes mog beyond comparison.
