I eggs and meat which I can get organic ( my fav is beef, second chicken ). + mackerel/salmon.
Chicken creates least uricis acids in kidneys which make kidneys ill. Also caffeine is dehydrates your body which also 'damageing'' kidneys. Restroing health and really healthy lifestyle will stop your hair loss.
