Does height grow first before frame in puberty, or is it the other way around? Or do they grow in increments independently of each other

I think they are dependent but not much.Does height grow first before frame in puberty, or is it the other way around? Or do they grow in increments independently of each other
So if my frame is growing, then I will not get taller?height comes first most of the time because the growth spurt is influenced mainly by growth hormone and frame will keep growing after the growth spurt because of increased testosterone. most males get their growth spurt at 15/16 and for a couple years after that frame will continue to grow which includes shoulder width because of the increased amount of testosterone. the same is true for women because most girls at 14 years old are already at their final height but don't have wide hips yet.
no not necessarily. you grow taller while your frame grows. boys that are 15 have bigger frames than boys who are 12. it's just that most of the times height growth stops earlier than frame growth. So if my frame is growing, then I will not get taller?
male patients, at ages 12 to 15 years, the clavicular growth was 4.9 mm/year, or 4%/year; at ages 16 to 19 years, growth was 3.2 mm/year, or 2.4%/year; and at ages 20 to 25 years, growth was 1.7 mm/year, or 1.1%/year.
