Which countries in Europe has better looking men as compare to its female population?

Men from South Slavic countries, Italy, France, Scandinavia, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Holland and Belgium looks better than their female population according to me. I have been to most of these except Scandinavia.
