Need to know your ethnicity and colouring first, but for me Peru and Northern Brazil gave the most results, followed by the rest of Latin America excluding the southern cone. You can't go wrong in Africa, anywhere except South Africa will work (too many boer chads). I even got some cute matches in the middle east. I don't bother with Asia since i don't find asians attractive at all.
