Which country should I travel to first

I have never traveled before but I think I will take a trip this winter, where should I go? I have been thinking thailand, but maybe Mexico instead. Mexican food and women mog the shit out of SEA countries.

Is Turkey cheap travel wise? Ik surgery is dirt cheap there but wb hotels, women, food?

Hotel can be around 20-30 usd per night. food is cheap can be 7 usd a day for nice healthy food. for surgery it's good, got beard transplant last week, next week canthoplasty.

air quality and mentality here are the downsides. best to do the surgery here, then geomaxx in latin america.
