C++ primer for C++ is good but tbh books for CS are majority useless, just code and look at documentation, plus do video tutorial courses like on geek 4 geeks, basically not a subject that benefits from reading books unless you using it for a reference or some sort of advanced algorithm that is conceptually difficult
