Which diet is good for cutting?

I was thinking that low carb high fat is good. Any suggestions?
 
It would be ok but to see optimal results high protein specifically lean meats , decent amount of carbs on days you are weight training assuming you are. and lower carb intake on non training days to reduce feeling bloating.

No exact diet is gonna help you shred fat or loose weight. All you need is caloric deficit high protein and cardio
