Caucasoids have the largest and most projecting chins of all human races. As far as getting more specific and granular, Nordic and Germanic Whites tend to have the largest and most robust chins. Negroids have the smallest and least projecting chins.

Chin projection doesn't mean lack of recession though. Many people with short face syndrome have decent chin projection but their chin height is shit. For men chin height matters more. I've seen plenty of Slavs with strong chins but nonexistent lower thirds
