Europeans don't know how to dress for shit since its cold 24/7 in their shithole continent

If you want to look high class in Europe, dress like an American.

as long as you are white, 6”2+ with fluffy hair then anything you wear will be considered high class

Fuck. I hate how this is a trend now. This is meant for aristocrats such as myself.

But to answer your question: Zara, massimo Dutti, ralph lauren, J Crew, Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic. I don't shop there myself but if you want to old money fraud there you go.

High class = goodlooking (balanced or prettyboy - not hypermasc) with full hair (slicked back or side part) + lean (must have jawline) + tall

you can find that shit everywhere dude
They look "high class" to you because they're tall, white and good looking

It's not like they're wearing Loro Piana or something

yea i also fuckin hate this trend, and how americans are picking up on it. and even non whites are talking about it. This is supposed to be reserved for Mediterranean and French rich boys. Also now it looks cringe cuz every fuckin larper dresses like this cuzh "muh old money aesthetic" even though a real old money person can sniff these no monies from a mile away.

This is water, majority of the threads on here are about being taller, whiter and better looking, it’s well established. This is a thread about which brands to help dress better, because while it’s a minor factor and it’s not going to suddenly make you good looking when you weren’t before, the everything matters pill is legit and fashionmaxxing is such an easy thing to do compared to many other improvements

I agree. Fashionmaxxing is legit as long as you are HTN+ and good pheno . Otherwise you look like a try-hard.

It's binary in the sense that either it works very well (if you can pull it off) or it makes you look like a try-hard (if you can't)

It's more about they way you dress, than the brands
You need to be conservative, no brand names, possibly no logos, no tacky shit, no patterns all over, whites and pastels, no flashy, bright colors etc

Dutti and ralph lauren are cheap

Clothes do absolutely nothing to attract women.

I should know - not only did I buy shit from Brunello Cucinelli and Loro Piana - I had suits both tailored and made to measure (the latter being 3x cheaper but still expensive).

I even got annual 100-200 $ or € gift cards from MrPorter because I spent so much money on their higher end brands like Prada or Balenciaga each year. Probably within the five digits, both from their European and US stores.

Gift card

The code expired years ago so I wont bother editing it out.

The only things that matter for creating true attraction are your face and height. A muscular body can compensate slightly but it wont help if the other two don't appeal to women.

It can't be stressed enough - low body fat and an aesthetic face, dressed in an H&M t-shirt and jeans will beat the tailored Brioni suit guy 100 times out of 100.

Women only care about how hot you are physically. Clothes don't make you hot. Even when women say they find suits hot, they only like it when a tall hot guy is wearing a suit. It doesn't make a frail geek hot and it doesn't make an average guy hot.

Now I only spend about $100-200 a year on clothes and it's very basic stuff like t-shirts, underwear, a few collared shirts which wear out. There is no need for more if you already have all kinds of jackets, shoes etc.

I agree that it's an amplifier. If you're hot it will make you even hotter. If you are decently tall, have a nice toned body and a decent face dressing well will make you more attractive but you need a good base. I've had multiple women tell me they really appreciated my dress sense so I do think it's important and has an impact.

Balenciaga is shit. Even Prada isn't great these days. I'm sorry but if you were wearing those brands you probably didn't dress very well. Piana is good but a bit bland, Brunello & Brioni are very good if you had some of their nicer pieces.

I don't recommend street-wear or anything branded if your goal is to attract high quality women. The best type of clothing to attract women is the more classic menswear with a slim cut (so suits, polos, elegant sweaters, a trim leather jacket, overcoats, harrington jackets, chelsea boots, oxfords etc) - The Daniel Craig James Bond kind of look

I tried it - it doesn't work for prime aged (under 28) women.

What they like is tans, wifebeaters, ripped jeans, shorts, graphic t-shirts, even caps (I refuse to wear caps and baseball hats :D )
The more of a fuckboy you look like and the more v-taper and muscle you show, the more they like you.

More, let's say "mature" women will like the sleek Bond look.
Younger women will just think it's too formal and nerdy.

And classic is my preferred style of dressing. Slim cuts and classic pieces. But it just doesn't appeal to the typical hot 19-27 year old - never did, except maybe in the 1950's.

But I adapted when it comes to dating.
Though I'll soon be over 30 and I will just dress in that fashion anyway whether women like it or not.

I wont go back to suits and blazers though. It isn't 2023 for anyone but bankers and larpers.
I say that as someone who splurged $4k+ on tailor suits (the ones that you need several fittings at the tailor for and take 8 weeks to finish).

old thread but its better to dress professionally like a finance bro and overlap with the shitty "old money" aesthetic than straight up dress like a frauding faggot whos on vacation in the mediterranean, so drop the zara/banana republic and go brooks brothers, ralph lauren, patagonia, hermes (great ties and scarves)

if you have the right pheno a "trust fund frat bro going into finance" is a way better look than whatever faggy styles are on tiktok right now

Hmm interesting. I find it works for younger women (maybe not as much on late teens but early to mid 20s women who are starting their career certainly prefer a well put together man to a guy who wears wifebeaters. At least in the places I frequent)

Girls will only find it nerdy if don't do it right. Some guys go too sartorial and 1950s when you are supposed to keep it somewhat trendy and form fitting. Done skillfully it's by far the most attractive and sexy look. Obviously you need a good base like I said. Also the best way to signal wealth in a subtle and tasteful way.

Tans, wifebeaters, ripped jeans, graphic t shirts LOL. Everything I hate. I don't think that stuff helps. Most girls I know say they hate this exact type of clothing. I really wonder which girls you are targeting.

Even in 2023 Bankers rarely wear suits tbh. More button down with gilet. At this point it's mostly lawyers and politicians or service workers lol.

I can't get behind the sleeveless gilets bankers / finance bros wear nowadays. A suit no tie (or with tie) would be so much better than that tech-bro spill-over BS. Definitely a hard no on the patagonia haha.

Agreed that a high class trust fund style is the best one out there.

Levi’s and jack & jones for jeans
Birkenstocks are almost a must have for that style and the quality is good
jack & jones and arket are swedish brands but I believe you can order it from anywhere in Europe on Zalando

Be honest with yourself. The second guy is going to be nearly matchless with prime women on any dating app.

The upper guy will get thousands of matches wearing nothing but a ripped t-shirt or nothing at all.

You can't compensate a lack of looks with clothes. It's a very bluepilled cope sold to young consumers by people with financial motives.

Clothes will enhance a good looking guy, but he will get thousands of matches regardless of what he is wearing because of his base looks.

The only way I was ever able to get a lot of matches was after several years of gym, PED's and plastic surgery.

I fell for the clothing cope in my early 20s. And that's ok, I consider it a learning process.
I spent ~$30k or more on designer clothes, including suits.

I’m just saying that if you are chadlite or chad then clothes can make you look highclass and it can even fit to certain niches
Also with clothes it is easier to market yourself to certain types of women
Do you think that chadlite with ghetto style will have any appeal towards stacy? No
But if he had a high class look and fits her niche then he probably will

Also, and even women don't get this, the clothes are designed with a frame in mind, the further you get away from that frame, the worse you look.

So you need to fit the clothes, you shouldn't be making the clothes fit you.

The bolded part is true, but I was still getting approached in MMA graphic tees, let that sink in. :lul:

@Gandy a bad style and clothes will colors that wash you out could potentially subtract points from your smv

Same here but when I got 16 and started to get a better fashion style I got broader appeal to women that I didn’t have any appeal to before
Now I’m soon 17 and almost fashionmaxxed

Example

Clothes aren't designed for most people.

Absolutely. For example clothes that are too baggy and ill-fitting can make any guy, even a fit handsome one, look socially maladjusted and weird.

(Not baggy in the fashionable 'oversize trend' way, but simply too big and horribly cut, like a suit with sleeves that extend 2 inches beyond the wrists and just doesn't fit the wearer. It makes the wearer look homeless)

Yeah, I'm not talking to you, just in general so people have the visual. So people should get in shape before fashion maxing, because it's easy as fuck to look good as a man with just a shirt and jeans, if you are in shape.

It’s hard for me to find clothes that fit both my shoulders and waist since I have above average ratios
That’s why I put much effort in to my style and clothing

Yeah, that’s very true. Sometimes when I’m lazy I usually just put on some regular jeans and a good black fitting t-shirt. Since I’m med and I mog almost all nordics in my school in terms of muscle and frame so I actually look good in it. While some kids in my school will fashionmaxx because they lack frame, face and height.

Also, and I'm trying to tone it down, gymaxing can make it difficult, you can get too bulky for most looks and then you run into ill-fitting shirts 24/7, and get locked into specific jeans. It's really just better to be fit, especially if you are in a safe environment.

@Gandy ...you kept all your expensive tailored suits etc though?

This is why I consider bulking a meme
I will never in my life bulk since I already put on muscle easily

I don't fit into most of them any more because I lifted heavy at the gym and abused PED's.

I had only one made after that, and it was made to measure instead of tailored (that is 3x cheaper).

Once you have a very wide upper body with a narrow waist it's almost mandatory to have a suit tailored to your measurements, nothing off the rack will fit you properly.
