idk what is lat but i see everyone do exercise c i think it is necessary in back workout
 
High rep - 15-30 lbs lateral raises seems to produce the best results.
For the fucking delts you fucking tard
Hes trying to train lats: the wings of the back
Cable is better for lateral (side) delts anyway, not dumbbells
 
how long is your wingspan and how tall are you? lmk and i will tell you

although you should be doing rows of some sort as well.
