Low IQ approach at lifting u are most likely gonna look comical and disproportionate as fuck. I’ve been hitting the gyms for a few months now and lateral raises have worked fine, I’ve grown a lot my shoulders

bet i was joking, yeah only thing im insecure about though is my bidlet anything else idrc.

Well if bidelt is an insecurity I’m guessing traps would be a disservice for your anatomy just train the whole body tho ngl and do less work on ur strong points
