Which eye surgery is best for me?

My right eye (left in pic) has an eye aspect ratio of 2.8 which is decent and nothing I'd get surgery for tbh, but the left eye (right in pic) has 2.6 which is ultra-mega-turbo subhuman and instantly locks me out from ever being a respected member of society. Legit rope-worthy eye shape

That being said I'm a little worried canthoplasty might look excessive on me since I already have neutral tilt in the good eye and positive tilt in the bad eye. Not to mention the positive eyebrow tilt. Is there something else I could do here? Even just the smallest of lifts to my lower lid would make all my problems vanish tbh

I think ur eyes look good

Coloring honestly can’t get much better besides a more prominent limbal ring but that’s neither here nor there

Only issue is they’re not super positively tilted n slightly assymetrical

Could try canthopexy n see if u like it then maybe later get canthoplasty if u do

The DJS mentioned in a previous thread would have the highest ROI of any surgery imo, this is crossing the line of bddmaxxing.
If anything, the asymmetry in the brows looks like the most prevalent flaw here, but even then normies wouldn’t do a double take for it.
