Which eye to patch?

My left eye has worse vision (Pretty shit) but looks straight forward, my right eye has better vision (Still not perfect though) but is slightly lazy. Do I patch up my left eye?

Yeah I'm like 17 and my eye is barely lazy luckily but still trying to cope with this cause I would rather not have this shit for life jfl... Any other fix? Do I just need eye realignment surgery (Which I think is risky so might just have to live with it...)

You’re supposed to patch up your functional eye so that the lazy eye learns to work properly.

But I’m pretty sure this only works in kids under 12 and even then, it’s hit and miss.

Yeah, I was just curious cause my right eye (Lazy eye) is the one with better vision
