In my experience, I have found those with slighty negative cantal thilt in real life much more pure, feminine, down to earth, conscious, smart, with more traditional tendencies, and much more skeptical of the idea of modern women.

It always seemed like they were the ones who came from disorganized families, got bullied in their youth (even though the rest of the facial features were top), had no friends, were often lonely, they liked things that boys liked (contact sports, video games, etc.), and those with positive cantal thilt they were the confident ones, with lots of friends, arrogant, mean, stupid, always approached by all the bad boys, always looking for attention, etc.
