Which flaw should I fix first

My eyes aren’t really bad just slight lower eye lids have hyperpigmentation just a little witch cause an illusion of having worse infras
Went to a sugeron for it and he said my infras aren’t even that recessed and it mostly just coloring issue but right now I am using conclear to fraud an cover it until I have a solution to fix it


I rather fix my chin since it the weakest thing about my jaw and having masculine chin will makes you more European looking will also get rhino as well


Overall goal is to look Eurocentric
