Where do you find these things ?Never take iron, never drink pasteurised milk or eat vegetables if you have anemia. They’re all toxic and block iron absorption.
Firstly, get your stomach acid checked out so you can actually digest water and fat soluble vitamins and minerals.
Then, I’d recommend supplementing with raw fresh/unfrozen bovine blood, live and kidneys. (local is preferred)
Muh I eat red meat. Muscle meat doesn’t have any iron basically and has 0 vitamins. If you want true nutrition and not rabbit scurvy malnutrition you need FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS
