Which genes are dominant, east asian or white?

Assuming it's a biracial 50/50 mix. Didn't include SE asian for a reason cuz they often look weird and sometimes not even asian.

Seems 50/50 east asian hapas seem almost perfectly split between looking more east asian and looking more white

Despite white traits (like blue eyes) usually being recessive, I’ve noticed almost every hapa has pale skin with pink undertones
