Chewing gum is one of the easiest ways to jaw and cheekbonesmax
You have a couple options:
1. Mastic gum:
very hard gum, expensive,
tastes like dirt/nature, bad for your emanel when you first start chewing it,
healthy and natural with additional health benefits,
crumples when you first chew it and then recombines with saliva to form the gum, you can reuse it 3-5 times
2. Falim gum:
harder gum, cheap, has different flavours,
no sugar, flavour lasts longer time than normal gum
has some toxic chemicals whether or not it really is toxic is up for debate
3. Normal gum:
cheap, chew a lot of them like 3 or 4 at once, not healthy at all, very bad for health
good flavour but runs out quick, not effective for gains
4. Resin gum:
I have not tried it, very hard gum, reusable,
similar to mastic, same taste as mastic,
mid range price, beware and check the reviews on some of them like the Siberian resin gum (which contains preservatives and is not actually resin)
Alternatives:
Silicone jawline things, chewing meat/nuts
