For attaining big shoulders, chest, and upper back

Ideally send tutorial vids, similar to my neck routine vid :

for shoulders: dumbbell shoulder press, lateral raises and shoulder shrugs for traps

For chest: Dumbbell press, incline dumbbell press and decline Dumbbell press

For back: Cable row

yeah forgot pull up for back but for chest dumbell presses are the best

Seated DB overhead press
Facepulls
Pull downs
Cable or tbar rows
DB incline bench
Neck iso

Do not directly train traps. They are the fastest muscle to grow and will grow from the above exercises. Overly big traps make your shoulders look narrow and sloped

Do not get sucked in to the powerlifter propaganda meme of heavy squats and deadlifts. They all look like shit, you will have a thick blocky core and look unaesthetic
