TBH What I do would likely suit you, Lightly wet ur hair, put a band on it to dry while its entirely swept on the back, take the band off and Sweep it 70/30 with ur hands not a brush, it should fall naturally, making tiny strands and whatnot.

Yes the one i gave u lol, i simply push the hair back with wet hands and let it dry with a hairband on
