Depends on your face and the appeal you're trying to go for. If you're a much more masculine individual, want to improve your markings of male respect and in general appear like you've got your shit together, then by all means the second.

But I would argue the first one has more potential for female appeal for various reasons, if your face is by default too masculine and you get a masculine haircut on top of that you may look slightly less approachable. All people benefit from a blend of feminine and masculine traits, a haircut like this, depending on who you are, will make you appear much more approachable. Plus you don't see too many niggas with long hair, at least not as often, so it's also different.

However if you're already pretty femenine the first haircut is just gonna twinkmaxx you.

1st one clearly. I used to have a blonde middlepart, i never ended up growing it out to those lengths but it was still a good mogger haircut. Imo fringe is the easiest and u dont have to spend like 10 minutes every morning with that shit
