The issue w a lefort 1 is that it does nothing for your upper maxilla or nasal region. The main issue i feel like i have is i lack bone in the eye region and my midface may be a bit flat.

i've made a thread about those type of implants but the thing is you'll probably just look bloated in the sub-infra region so i don't think an implant there will look good but i might be wrong i just couldn't find any good before and after https://looksmax.org/threads/will-i-look-bad-with-midface-implants.1251009/
