which is better for masseter muscles a jawliner or mastic gum

I have experienced decent masseter growth and general face improvements with chewing a jawliner with incisors but i dont if mastic gum would be better and I can’t find any comparisons online.

i mean it worked for me lol
i used to chew gum while working out

it has anti-bacterial properties, most ppl say they are reusable bc of that lol.
