answering to your question, high trust is better, that is unless you live in a war zone or extremely harsh shithole.

high trust = beautiful, evident from the fact that multiple human species with different craniodental morphologies and facial musculatures coexisted, so non-verbal expression was key i.e. 'monkey that looks like me and makes the same faces/grimaces is friend', intra-species collaboration, built on that kind of recognition and mimicry, was always more important for survival than just raw stats like actual strength and iq, so what is beautiful is familiar and what is familiar is more trustworthy

unironically a psychopath would benefit more from looking high trust due to his fake physiognomy

haha, i always had hyperfixations, but i think i developed ocd around 14 years old it all fucking started when i thought i was losing hair, it was a fucking dreadfull expierence and i wish i never expierence ocd this hardliy again, i was checking my hairline every single 5 minutes thinking its receeding, also read online that stress was making it receed, i tried to calm myself but couldnt, and it was just a never ending loop that lasted for a straight week when i had a holiday and i was in my house, pretty sure my bpm was averaging around 100 whole week during that, shit was brutal, all that stress probably took YEARS of my life. Yeah and thats when i think i properly developed it, then it started being this way for everything, stuff around me, my body parts, thoughts, everything, these obssesions came out of nowhere and i wasnt able to get them out of my head, was also struggling with crippling social anxiety and depression during that time, got 0 help from anyone whatsoever, i fucking hate ocd and niggers

no worries and yes the right wording would be dark triad in which case i am neutral for whether light vs it is better.

no it doesn't really affect how trustworthy you look, just your overall emotional perceived character (melancholic, sad, more serious/detached)

Ideal is someone like Vinnie Hacker who has a combination of High Trust ( eyes/area ) and Low Trust
Masculine Lower Third

If you have too much of either you end up looking too Low Trust like De Poot or too High Trust like the
