Which is better, paranasial implants or paranasial fat grafts

Fat grafts are considerably cheaper making them much more favourable however I've heard that the body can reject the fat and it can cause Assymetry but since it's a small area it wouldn't be noticeable

if have a flat maxilla fat grafting. but if you have a recessed one but its not case of leforts implants. ideally its better to do both of them but for real ive never ever fucking saw a paransasal fat grafting result

Implants are better but if youre not rich then do fat grafting
