Yes, lense distortion makes me look narrow but everyone whos seen me knows I am prwide lol

The closest thing to truly seeing yourself is a true mirror, where you see yourself no reflection but what you are without any distortion

mirror its lens distortian at play in camera but also look at the mirror in the same lightning as the camera

The closest thing to truly seeing yourself is a true mirror, where you see yourself no reflection but what you are without any distortion

True mirror is not realistic too, because your brain over exaggerates the asymmetries. I look like subhuman, when i invert my photos, i cant imagine, how disgustingly asymmetrical my face would look like in a true mirror, tho everyone on this forum tells me i got almost perfectly symmetrical face lol

So the realistic one is the normal mirror or pictures taken from 2.5 meter distance

basically take a video of yourself from more than 7ft distance while talking/ explainig something it will be how people percieve you
