HGH instructs the liver to create IGF-1, and then IGF-1 helps us grow bones. So, if that's the case, why do we inject HGH for height growth when we could just inject IGF-1? Don't you find this a bit strange? Also, does increasing glucose(insulin) levels in purberty increase IGF-1?
