the most watched sport is football but only really played by kids in leagues or pros footballs expensive most played by regular people is basketball there's a court everywhere and its real easy to learn how to play everyone from little kids to your overweight middle class suburban dad plays basketball

Not anytime soon. Rn baseball gets more views then MLS and i believe hocky might too but the worldcup is also coming to US in 4 years so I think there will be more growth. Its not catching up to american football anytime soon tho id say maybe 50+ years. Honestly theres a good chance it never catches up to american football in US
