Females with wide hips are pretty uncommon and even among the male population where they are gymmaxxed finding broad shoulders isn't super common. They are both evenly matched imo.

Truly wide hips are very uncommon. You are just looking at women with slim waists and decent hip size.

Definitely women with wide hips being more common. I rarely see very obviously wide clavicles
