This is a cope study . I have been to silicon valley and women of color certainly aren't struggling in tech startup companies like this article claims I have seen plenty of them in high paying roles. You can ask almost anyone who lives in bay area and they'll tell you half of the SDE roles go to immigrants. The whites are only prominent in managerial posts which this article is correct about but even in those positions there is plenty of diversity. Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadela,Lisa Su,Jensen Huang,Shantanu Narayen list goes on and on.

Lets pick least white state California and we see whites and blacks are the only overrepresented group in legislature.

In California, the definition of "white" for demographic purposes refers to people who identify as having European, Middle Eastern, or North African ancestry and even many spics can identify as "White Hispanic" if they also identify as being of Hispanic ethnicity while listing their race as White. They are also counted as white not latino.

Just because you list 5 ethnic executive doesnt mean shit. More than 80 percent of executives are white.

I didnt say top management positions. Whites are common yes like I said there's still diversity and those ethnics in executive postions I mentioned are the CEOs of the top 10 companies in the world. Google Nvidia, AMD, Starbucks, Pepsi etc but yes whites are still common in executive. In SDE roles on the other hand its all immigrants. I literally work in the IT industry so I'm not talking out of my ass. You can go on reddit to find hundreds of anecdotes on r/cscareerquestions claiming the same thing about how americans are struggling to get jobs in the silicon valley.

And no importing all the skilled high IQ immigrants is not a good idea they will always be hungry for power and wealth. There are many Indian and Asian Mayors and MPs in the US and UK. These third worlders also multiply and live like literal insects.4-6 people living on bunk beds in small 1 bedroom apartment which drives up the house prices in an area. Ready to work for below minimum wage and under any working conditions. The higher iq ones steal all the white collars jobs and lower IQ ones steal all the blue collar jobs because they are more efficient and cheaper to hire. They also completely replace the culture and the people in a area. The only people who will profit the most out of it are the elites not the common man while the power increasingly gets shifted away from western nations. Infact its already happening.

It applies to everyone recently. US tech scene is more than silicon valley tho.

They also completely replace the culture and the people in a area.

They can adapt their culture to the existing culture and way of life. Moreover, many Indians and Asians, after they come to the US, meld into the existing culture. Of course the educated ones.

The real issue is that third worlders are breeding too fast in their own countries. I don't know how this will be solved. In East Asia the rate is low but in India and Africa it is still high. Africa's population could be the biggest problem in the 21st century.
