you dont have a proper beard yet, I keep mine at 5mm which is perfect stubble and no girl ever complains, or hasnt yet to me but some do prefer clean shaven faces, the last one just doesnt look good imo, the best look is 4-6mm stubble but it needs to be stronger and the hairs need to be thicker
