Which is the better fix for an unideal chin to philtrum ratio?

I've been weighing up a lip lift surgery for a while however, I've heard that you could potentially get gummy smile from this surgery, hence why I could opt for some kind of chin implant surgery instead. (I know both these procedures have a low botch rate/good ROI)
