Neither, depending on what camera u use I'm assuming phone, lens distortion exists, mirrors are inverted, the closest to seeing yourself as close as possible is a true mirror

Mirror, however it depends on the lightning. If the light bulb is directly above your eyes it will distort your face (should be water).

Cameras might be affected by lens distortion at times however if the camera is 1-2 feet away it is more accurate and shows you what you would look like from multiple different angles. I've found myself to look a lot better in camera than in the mirror
