close set eyes and excessive maxilla+zygomatic height are the worst

vertically long nose is unfixable so very bad (maybe some whitepill methods work but none are discovered yet + they would shorten the nose only by a few mm realistically)
close ipd insanely hard to fix but possible
long philtrum is fixable if the lips are thin
