well i did elimination diets to determine what caused my eczema, keto fully made it go away and then i knew its some carb food, later on i found out its gluten

Hello saar, vegetarian can give you vitamins that meat alone cannot give you but vegetable protein has many carbohydrates and fats so it is difficult to eat low calories

science is what allowed us to discover what our bodies are best suited for in the first place

cutting out meat/animal protein is fine as long as you replace it with enough vegan protein, 0.4g per pound of body weight

and not to mention that slaughtering animals is unjust, i myself have slowly started to reduce my animal protein intake and replace it with vegan protein because it’s better for our bodies and has lower carbon emissions, we know this thanks to science

slowly but surely, i hope to one day completely replace all animal products with healthier vegan alternatives

There's way more variety with vegan diet, and u can get almost all the food groups and vitamins u need

carnivore worse
Great question OP.

Both are extreme diet models and have their own unique benefits.

The biggest benefit you get with carnivore is the foundation of your hormones.

Cholesterol -> Other steps -> Testosterone

Also it is pretty much impossible to overeat on carnivore, meaning you would most likely be a low bf% after some months of doing that strict diet model.

You also get some downsides obviously, humans are omnivores and are supposed to eat a balanced diet.

It may seem like jewish propaganda but it is the truth.

Some downsides include anything related with cardiovascular health like hypercholesterolemia. Obviously also not getting your micronutrients in obviously.

The benefit with being vegan is that you basically create a primarely antioxidant environment for your body, also you'll drop in bf% just as with carnivore.

The biggest downside is that you won't basically be able to get your proteins in. So you wouldn't have a "jacked lean" physique, but rather a skinny physique.

There are a ton of up and downsides for both, like I mentioned in the beginning extreme diet models shouldn't be done except for short time frames or with a specific reason.
