which is worse for u being vegan or carnivore

Great question OP.

Both are extreme diet models and have their own unique benefits.

The biggest benefit you get with carnivore is the foundation of your hormones.

Cholesterol -> Other steps -> Testosterone

Also it is pretty much impossible to overeat on carnivore, meaning you would most likely be a low bf% after some months of doing that strict diet model.

You also get some downsides obviously, humans are omnivores and are supposed to eat a balanced diet.

It may seem like jewish propaganda but it is the truth.

Some downsides include anything related with cardiovascular health like hypercholesterolemia. Obviously also not getting your micronutrients in obviously.

The benefit with being vegan is that you basically create a primarely antioxidant environment for your body, also you'll drop in bf% just as with carnivore.

The biggest downside is that you won't basically be able to get your proteins in. So you wouldn't have a "jacked lean" physique, but rather a skinny physique.

There are a ton of up and downsides for both, like I mentioned in the beginning extreme diet models shouldn't be done except for short time frames or with a specific reason.

Eat both tbh. Even athletes do that. Why ditch the benefits of the other ?

Yeah, you should make a post. Too many copers who think peak athletes survive with minimal carbs or just eat vegan . I mean why would they ?

I agree with your above reply, although I think diet should also be determined by your activity levels. I tried carnivore out for myself, for around 6 months (since I do believe in trying different methods out, you don’t know how to properly talk on a topic without doing so) and I did get the leanest I ever was, but with significantly less muscle mass. I think, at least in physical performance and muscle building aspect, carbs are almost as important as protein.

Less energy (no carbs) —> lift less weight (or not as much as you could with carbs) —> Not enough muscle stimulus to maintain muscle —> muscle loss.

Carbs are necessary if you want to maintain or build muscle effectively.

If you don’t train, then maybe one could experiment with carnivore, since carbs real only benefits is performance, but carbs ahould still be consumed for cortisol control at least.

So basically yeah, balanced diet, either for cortisol control or gym performance.

I dont think the second guy is a good example since he used steroids,
Would a diet like this be ideal?
Organs
Meat
Fruits (all kinds except pineapple)
Avocado/tomatoes
Tomato rice
Eggs

That’s good, try to eat 4g of carbs per pound of bodyweight per day because working out depletes your glycogen stores and fatigue is detrimental to muscle protein synthesis
