All of them. Some are just less worse than others. They're all middle eastern countries and all hate each other too or have conflicting interests.

I want a caliphate. No, none of that ISIS shit. Something similar to an EU/UN-like international body or superstate which has regulatory powers over legislation in certain Muslim countries (not all Muslim countries). Also military and defense cooperation like NATO.

But that won't happen as long as nation-states retain their overarching authority within their borders. So these 'Muslim countries' will continue to burn while (((they))) continue to divide and rule.
