Which Italian surgeons should I stay away from

I want to go the bimax route with either Pagnoni or Augustopary are they good?

Are you sure you need bimax w/ BSSO? How many mm you plan to move?

I'm seeing so many disappointing Italian bimax results that you literally can't tell the before and after by looking at the jaws unless they included genio. You just see an upturned nose.

Lifefuel if Italians offered IMDO though.

Yeah I do need bimax with bsso I have a slightly recessed mandible and a non existent chin and a very high gonial angle.

I am mainly doing it for mandible projection and to lower my gonial angle with ccw rotation but will see how it goes.
